I am finally sharing my freshmen year college apartment! I’ve been wanting to show you guys my college apartment for so long now and am finally getting around to share it. I loved how my room came out. I went with a very minimalist style because, as a college student, it is so important to minimalize.
Thanks to Amazon, I was able to find everything I needed to keep my room cute and organized. I will link all of the amazon products I purchased at the bottom of this post so that you guys can check them out!
Furniture
The bed frame and desk are the only things that already came furnished with the apartment, but most of the rest are purchases I made off of Amazon. One of the most useful pieces of furniture I purchased is the six cube unit off of Amazon. Not only did I store my clothes in this, but it also doubled as a perfect sized nightstand.
The shoe storage bin was so helpful. It stores all my shoes and doubled as a seating area for when I had friends over.
If I didn’t have these shelves to organize my school book, I swear, my desk would be a mess. I used these shelves to store my notebooks, textbooks, candles, and camera equipment. Rather than keeping my textbooks on my desk, I stored them on the shelves in order to keep my desk clean and clear at all times.
Decor
This adorable vintage lamp was by fair one of my favorite purchases off amazon. It is so cute yet so affordable. It really gives off a cozy vibe.
The gold circle mirror is also the cutest. Is it just me or do mirrors make rooms appear bigger?
These white floating shelves are perfect for holding your cute little plants and candles! Its so simple yet so cute.
You’re probably wondering what those pictures on my wall are. Those photo titles on my wall are called Mixtiles! You can get your own 12 personalized photo tiles for only 100$. All you do is stick them to your wall and bam, your own little wall collage.
